I want to share with you my #recipe for my ‘Superhero Green Smoothie’.
I must admit I was a bit overwhelmed when I first started researching all of the food which contain substances needed for building a defence shield. I thought to myself, bloody hell, how am I going to add all of this to my diet? But over time and as my budget allowed I was able to stock up on most of what I needed. Then I just decided to add it all to my green smoothie I was making every morning anyway.
So, here is the recipe for my superhero smoothie. You can add all of the ingredients, or just some. Trust me, a few is better than none and then adjust the measurements to your own little taste buds liking.
• Coconut water
• 1 tsp bea pollen
• 1 tsp maca powder
• 1 tsp wheat grass powder
• A few goji berries
• Blue-green algae
• 1 tsp Udo’s Oil
• 1 tsp magnesium powder
• 1 tsp spirulina
• 1 tbs cacao
• 1 handful of kale or spinach
• 1/3 cup of organic blueberries
