This experience has been created especially for guests staying in the cottage who would like to receive an added layer of restoration during their stay.

Surrounded by the sound of the creek, the trees, and the quiet rhythm of the rainforest, you’ll be invited to pause, breathe, release, and receive.

The Rainforest Reset is a curated wellness experience using a combination of gentle supportive therapies and guided relaxation prompts.

Red Light Therapy

A restorative red light session designed to support relaxation, circulation, and general wellbeing while encouraging the body to gently unwind.

PEMF Mat

A peaceful frequency-based rest session using a PEMF mat, designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system balance.

NuCalm Frequency Support

A calming audio-based experience using NuCalm “Rescue” frequencies to help guide the body into a more settled, restorative state.

Far Infrared Sauna

A guided sauna ritual with gentle mindfulness and breath prompts, inviting warmth, relaxation, and a deeper sense of release.

Magnesium Spa

A peaceful guided mineral spa ritual to complete the session, with gentle prompts for rest, reflection, and integration.

  • Begin in the Healing Tower

    Our Rainforest Reset begins in the Casa de la Cascada Healing Tower — a quiet, private space created for stillness, relaxation, and nervous system support.Here, you’ll be gently guided into rest with light frequency support, PEMF, NuCalm frequencies, and simple grounding prompts to help your body begin to soften and settle..

  • Rest in the Rainforest Meditation Space

    From the Healing Tower, you’ll move into the rainforest meditation area — a peaceful place to pause, breathe, and allow the experience to deepen.Surrounded by the sounds of nature, this part of the session invites gentle reflection, quiet integration, and a deeper sense of presence before moving into the warmth of the sauna and spa.

  • Release in the Sauna & Magnesium Spa

    Your session then continues with the far infrared sauna, followed by time in the private magnesium spa.This final stage is designed to support warmth, release, rest, and integration. It is not rushed or clinical, but a spacious rainforest ritual — a moment to step away from everyday noise and return to yourself.

Optional Add-On: Energy Medicine Session

For guests who would like a deeper level of support, you may also choose to add a private Energy Medicine Session.

This session is designed to support energetic balance, nervous system calm, emotional release, and a greater sense of inner alignment.

It may include gentle energy clearing, balancing, prayerful intention, breath, stillness, and intuitive support.

This can be added to your Rainforest Reset experience or booked separately, depending on availability.

  • Rainforest Reset

    Approx 70+ minutes $147 per person. Available for 1–2 guests. Pre-bookings are recommended, as this experience is prepared privately and offered by appointment only.

  • Energy Medicine Session

    Approx. 75 minutes. $177 per person. This is a one-on-one session and is offered for one guest at a time, allowing the experience to be personally held, spacious, and intuitively guided.

  • Rainforest Reset + Energy Medicine Session

    Approx. 2 hours 10 minutes. Package price: $297 per person. Available for one guest at a time
