Shipping policy

The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping information by product type:

Rolled prints. Most rolled prints are shipped within 1 week of being purchased. During peak periods, such as during a collection release or a promotion, it may take a little longer. We only use reputable couriers and all shipments include tracking.

Framed Prints: Most framed prints are shipped within 3-4 weeks of being purchased. During peak periods, such as during a collection release or a promotion, it may take a little longer. We use small family owned framers who won't compromise on quality - so trust us when we say its worth the wait! Framed prints are delivered via reputable couriers or in our own delivery van, depending on your location.

Original Artworks Original artworks are shipping in a variety of ways, depending on the artwork size and your location. For purchases within Australia, most original artworks are shipped stretched and ready to hang. You may also opt to have your artwork framed - details regarding this can be found on the artwork's product page. On rare occasions, such as when an artwork is extra large or the delivery address is in a regional area, it may not be possible to deliver the artwork framed. In such circumstances, this will be immediately communicated by our team and a resolution will be put in place as soon as possible. The resolution will depend on the specific circumstances.

Missing or Lost Packages

If you suspect your package is missing or lost (usually indicated by a tracking link that has not updated within the last three business days), please contact us as soon as possible. In most circumstances,s the package will be delayed in transit, but it is important for us to know as soon as possible so we can follow up with the courier and expedite its delivery to you.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage as soon as possible and contact us via howdy@stephbrookestudio.com

Shipping Restrictions

Karina Stephens can ship to both commercial and domestic addresses, but we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to destinations outside of Australia may be subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Karina Stephens is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in any way from these charges, and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duties, taxes, fees or levies associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.
