Creating art at The Sandstone House in the Rainforest is a quiet, intentional, and deeply grounded process. Each artwork begins long before the first mark is made, with natural materials gathered from the land—sandstone dust, soil, plant fibres, and crystal-infused water—woven into its earliest layers. Words, blessings, and prayers are written into the foundation, adding meaning that can be sensed rather than seen. Through slow, layered mixed-media techniques, each piece unfolds organically, echoing the textures and rhythms of the rainforest that surrounds my home. The result is artwork that feels earthy, refined, and energetically alive—created to bring calm, beauty, and grounding presence into your space.

Nestled deep within the Buderim rainforest, The Sandstone House is where my art, my rituals, and my slow-living lifestyle all converge. Built from ancient stone and surrounded by birdsong, shifting light, and lush greenery, this home is both sanctuary and muse. Here, nature is not simply a backdrop—it is an active collaborator in my creative process. Textures from bark, seed pods, fallen leaves, and sandstone formations find their way into my mixed-media artwork, grounding each piece in the spirit of the land. The Sandstone Collection is my first signature body of work, inspired by the ancient stones that surround my rainforest home.
